Reports can be made anonymously via our hotline 585-697-6777 or you may submit an anonymous concern via the link below. We understand the importance of anonymity when reporting sensitive issues. If you choose to report anonymously, we will respect your decision and ensure that your identity remains confidential throughout the investigation process unless you choose to reveal it.
