Three outstanding members of St. Ann’s Nursing staff presented with Anna and Len Stein Award
The 2023 Anna and Len Stein Award was presented on May 8th to three members of the nursing team at St. Ann’s Community: Joanne Levato (Middle – LPN, St. Ann’s Care Center), Cindy Milke (Right – Sr. LPN, St. Ann’s Home), and Cecile Webley (Left – C.N.A., St. Ann’s Home). The presentation of these awards helped kick off Nursing Caregivers Week at St. Ann’s, and marked the third time that the Stein Award has been presented.
The Stein Award was established through a philanthropic gift from Anna and Len Stein. Anna has been a member of the St. Ann’s nursing team since 2007, serving in a number of leadership roles. Anna watched the hard work and sacrifices that our frontline care partners made during the pandemic. It inspired her, and her husband Len, to make a gift to St. Ann’s Foundation to support ongoing recognition of outstanding members of the St. Ann’s nursing staff.
The awards were presented by St. Ann’s Chief Nursing Officer, Cindy Lovetro. Cindy spoke of each recipient’s positive attitude, selfless dedication to serving our elders, and the excellent influence they have on their fellow colleagues.
Congratulations, Joanne, Cindy, and Cecile! Your dedication is appreciated, and deserving of this recognition.
