St. Ann’s Community Earns 2025 Best Nursing Home Recognition from U.S. News & World Report

Celebrated for Excellence in Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care

St. Ann’s Home in Irondequoit has been honored as a 2025 Best Nursing Home by U.S. News & World Report, a distinction highlighting the organization’s exceptional care and commitment to residents. Both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care at St. Ann’s received the top “High Performing” rating.

Out of 600 nursing homes in New York State, only 44 earned “High Performing” ratings in both categories. St. Ann’s Home proudly stands as one of just two nursing homes in the Rochester area to achieve this dual recognition.

“This award is a reflection of the exceptional dedication and compassion our team brings to every resident, every day,” said Michael E. McRae, President and CEO of St. Ann’s Community. “To be named a Best Nursing Home for 2025 reaffirms our commitment to providing outstanding care and a quality of life that our residents and their families can count on. This recognition inspires us to continue raising the bar for excellence.”

The U.S. News & World Report annual ratings evaluate nursing homes on key metrics such as resident care, health outcomes, and safety. These assessments help families and individuals make confident, informed choices when selecting facilities for short-term rehabilitation or long-term care.

St. Ann’s Community remains a trusted leader in skilled nursing care, driven by a mission to nurture life’s most precious moments through compassion, innovation, and excellence.
