St. Ann’s offers long-term hospice and palliative care in our Leo Center for Caring, a quiet, 10-bed unit nestled in its own space on our Irondequoit campus. Admissions are accepted from the greater community. The Leo Center provides a peaceful atmosphere that allows patients to complete their lives with dignity, sensitivity, and comfort. Our clinical staff is specially trained in providing hospice and palliative (comfort-oriented) care with compassion. Spacious rooms and comfortable surroundings allow patients and their families a special opportunity for peace and closeness.
