St. Ann’s Community promotes Michelle Dwyer to Director of Human Resources

St. Ann’s Community, Rochester’s leading senior housing and health services provider, is proud to announce the promotion of Michelle Dwyer to Director of Human Resources.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from SUNY University at Buffalo in 2007, and she has continued her professional development by obtaining certificates in Strategic Leadership from Cornell University in 2017 and the Harvard University Division of Continuing Education and Professional Development in 2019. She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Michelle joined St. Ann’s Community eight years ago as an Office Manager in the St. Ann’s Care Center before being promoted to Human Resources Coordinator in 2015.
As a member of the leadership team for over 1,200 St. Ann’s Community team members, Michelle will be overseeing compensation, benefits, and employee health and relations, and she will be tasked with ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations.
