St. Ann’s Community hires Amanda Falzone as Talent Acquisition Specialist

St. Ann’s Community, Rochester’s leading senior housing and health services provider, is proud to announce the hiring of Amanda Falzone as Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mansfield University. She comes to St. Ann’s Community with eight years of experience in recruitment and workforce development, including prior experience at a senior living organization. Amanda is active in the Rochester community through her memberships on committees such as the Rochester Women’s Network, Al Sigl Sports Committee, and the YMCA HR Advisory Board.

As a member of the Human Resources team, Amanda will be managing and streamlining the recruitment process from start to finish in order to create a happier work place culture and continue to have St. Ann’s Community as the employer of choice for the Greater Rochester area.
