St. Ann’s announces the Employees of the Month for August

Amber has been an employee of St. Ann’s Community at Chapel Oaks since 2017. She exemplifies the St. Ann’s experience, and always takes the time to get to know the residents and their families. Her coworkers admire her ability to remember important occasions, fulfill special accommodations, and regularly visit with residents in their homes.

Amber is described as a hard worker, natural leader, quick learner, as well as compassionate and loyal.

In her free time she enjoys camping, boating, crafts, and spending time with her family and friends.

Tess Conderman began her career with St. Ann’s Community in 2012, showing great enthusiasm to learn and grow professionally. She consistently goes above and beyond for the elders of St. Ann’s Community, which includes taking on additional responsibilities and juggling various tasks.

Tess demonstrates knowledge and genuine care for everyone around her, and has been described as the backbone of her department.
