St. Ann’s Community is proud to announce that St. Ann’s Care Center has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a Best Nursing Home for 2019-2020. St. Ann’s Care Center is one of three skilled nursing locations operated by St. Ann’s Community and is located at St. Ann’s Community at Cherry Ridge in Webster, NY.

St. Ann’s Care Center earned a Best Nursing Home status by achieving a rating of “High Performing,” which is the highest possible rating for the Long-Term Care category. U.S. News & World Report gives the designation of Best Nursing Home only to those nursing homes that satisfy U.S. News & World Report’s assessment of the appropriate use of key services and consistent performance in quality measures.

St. Ann’s Care Center consistently rated better than both state and national averages in such categories as consistent nurse staffing, number of hospitalizations and emergency room visits, and prevention of pressure ulcers.

“We are very pleased to receive the highest possible rating by the U.S. News & World Report,” said Michael E. McRae, President and CEO of St. Ann’s Community. “This designation is one more indicator of St. Ann’s Community’s longstanding tradition of delivering quality care for older adults in this region.”
