Adult Day Programs Temporarily Closed

Dear Participant, Families, and Providers,

As you are aware, the Coronavirus (COVID -19) is now active in Monroe County.

Given the fact that older adults, often those with underlying chronic medical conditions, are at the highest risk of being affected by COVID-19, we are taking several actions to safeguard our program participants.

Effective immediately, per federal guidelines, we are temporarily closing all adult day operations at St. Ann’s Community. This includes; St. Ann’s Adult Day Program at Durand Senior Apartments, Home Connection, and Home & Heart.

During this temporary closure, we will redeploy our team members to serve those residents across our skilled nursing locations in the community.

We recognize this is a challenging situation for you and our participants. Please know everyone at St. Ann’s is looking forward to establishing normal business operations in the near future.
